π Tip Tuesday: Reader Edition
βHow do you organize your TBR?β
Short answer: You donβt.
Long answer: You pretend you will while adding five more enemies-to-lovers books at 2 a.m.
But if you want to feel in control of the romantic chaos, here are a few tried-and-true methods:
π The Trope Tracker Method
Sort by your cravings:
Fake Dating? Top of the list.
Second Chance with the One Who Got Away? Letβs suffer beautifully.
Grumpy x Sunshine with Emotional Baggageβ’? Say less.
π Mood Calendar
Assign books based on your current emotional state:
Feeling feral? High heat, no plot.
Feeling sentimental? Slow burn, found family, ugly crying.
Feeling petty? Revenge plots and unhinged heroines.
Add a βJust Here for the Mascotβ category if you're a real one.
π TBR Journal or Spreadsheet
Track titles, tropes, spice level, emotional trauma rating, and whether the MMC gives off βtouch her and dieβ energy.
Color-coded? Obviously. Bonus points for stickers.
π² Digital Folder System
Create subfolders on your Kindle or reading app:
Immediate Chaos
Emotional Damage Incoming
Suspiciously Wholesome but Probably Spicy
That One Everyone on TikTok Screamed About
π― Real Talk Rule
Only add a book to your official TBR if youβd fight someone in the comments section over it. Otherwise, itβs just wishful thinking and digital hoarding.
β¨ You donβt need to be organized. You just need to remember which fictional man ruined your sleep schedule last.
